INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DISCLAIMER
All of our stylists are independent contractors. This means each and every stylist makes her own hours, sets her own prices, and enforces her own policies. Although the following policies are typically followed by our stylists, as independent contractors, they have the right to enforce any adjustments. If you have questions regarding the policy of an individual stylist, please contact them directly.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Out of respect of our time and other clients, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
If you no-show your appointment, it is at your stylist's discretion if they decide to let you book any future appointments.
Online booking is no longer allowed after a no-show.
REFUNDS
ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We take significant pride in providing all of our clients with exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, after a second consult, ONE corrective service will be given free of charge.
To receive a corrective color, your stylist must be notified within 24 HOURS of the initial service.
